F'n A! I can't wait!
That and they added motion blur. It totally ruined the look of the game while looking around quickly, and running.
How many "Special Editions" of games are $15-20 more than the standard version? And how many only have a stupid die-cast figure, or a 15 page art book. At least you can spend 3 hours with this purchase. I for one liked the game. I am also happy to purchase it and support studios that are creating games for us to play.
Nice! Disagree with joking about some guys near fatal accident. I don't get it. You think it was funny, and cool to point out tragedy for a one-liner. If I could I would disagree with your disagree! Good day sir!
I'll bet the storys author at Gamefaqs only asked his 12 year old friends to fill out the survey.
Who disagreed with that comment? That makes no sense.
I too would love a Mirrors Edge sequel. I would also like to see Jedi Outcast either redone, or a now gen sequel.
You don't actually get to look at Faiths behind in a first person game. But I get what you are saying.
I have to dismiss this article only for his "joke" of Richard Hammond driving the Vampire rocket car to Heaven. If he is any kind of Top Gear fan he would know how sensitive of a subject this is. Richard even said at his return show after the accident that they are to never speak of it again. As a group, and as friends they have agreed, and have not mentioned it, even for ratings. Show some respect. Humor should be wielded like a scalpel, not a club.
Of course Halo: Reach will out sell Killzone 3. You could brand a nice hot shiny turd with the HALO logo and the fan boys would just eat it up.
Both games have thier merit. But Just because one is more of a commercial success does not make it a better game. And on the other side. Just because something is not as popular, and concidered "underground" that does not make it superior. Just look at radio music and tell me that popularity is a difinitive definition of t...
Oh my God! An 11 year old saw some nudity! I don't know about all of you but when I was 11 I had already seen my share of nudity. I had HBO as a kid. I guess it only becomes a problem when the parents don't sanction it.
A lot of you are missing the point. It is kind of like people who like classic cars. Sure they might not be perfect, reliable, economical, or even good looking. But what they are is a piece of history.
The preservtion of that history is very important. I don't know about you but videogames are an important part of my life as my main hobby. I like seeing the old games released again for younger people to enjoy, laugh at, or hate. It is a good way to teach where we came f...
I played the crap out of both DiRTs. They were great. DiRT 2 vastly improved upon part one. I expect nothing but the best from Codemasters and the DiRT series. See you guys on the track! Keep your fingers crossed for Grid 2 too. That is another great game franchise. I enjoied it more than Shift, but they both were very comparable.
As long as you're gaming. What does it matter how you get your fix? "Hardcore" is not a dollar value, or graphics issue. It is a mindset, and attitude. There are people who play pen and paper games but don't call out those of us who use pencils. Get over yourselves. Pc and console user both.
I'm just glad they posed them so we don't have to see the furry triangle. As we all know in the 50's it was all natural.
I guess I'll just be watching it for her sexy body, and not for the deep plot and great story like the last two movies.
... I forgot to mention that it is really a bad design choice to not let you move dead bodies away from sight. Theif Deadly Shadows had it years ago on the old Xbox.
The only complaint I had for the game was the black and white transitions while hiding. It made a lot of darker places hard to see. I would like to think Sam Fisher would have some kind of night vision tech available. The sonar goggles are good for seeing through walls, but thier constant glitching/static inhibit use for movement over long periods of stealth.
No one may have bought it but for the lucky few that did we were playing a great game with inventive FPS gameplay.
Did you play it and hate it? or are you just disagreeing so your point has more weight?
I stopped reading after I saw Splinter Cell: Conviction on that list. Now I know the article is total CRAP! I'm Not going to give it my time or the hit.
